1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using JobLeap's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2.Description of Services
JobLeap provides agentic shift-orchestration services that connect healthcare employers' scheduling systems with staffing-supplier networks. Our AI agents detect open shifts, route them to qualified suppliers, evaluate candidates, and confirm placements. The Services are made available to organizational customers (healthcare employers and staffing suppliers) under separate commercial agreements; these Terms govern your access to the platform itself.
3.Eligibility & Registration
You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services. You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information when registering. You may only access the Services on behalf of an organization that has an active agreement with JobLeap (a healthcare-employer customer or a staffing-supplier partner), and you represent that you are authorized to act on that organization's behalf.
4.User Conduct
You are responsible for content you upload, post, or submit, including shift data, worker credentials and availability, scheduling messages, and other content you submit through the platform. You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
- Engage in fraudulent, false, or misleading activities.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users, employers, or JobLeap staff.
- Post or share any content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
5.Shift Orchestration Disclaimer
JobLeap orchestrates shift demand between healthcare employers and staffing suppliers; we do not employ workers, do not guarantee that any open shift will be filled, and are not a party to the employment, contractor, or staffing-services relationship between employers, suppliers, and workers. Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of shift postings and for verifying worker credentials and licensure as required by law. Suppliers are responsible for the qualifications, eligibility, and conduct of the workers they place. JobLeap is not liable for clinical, employment, payroll, tax, or compliance decisions made by employers or suppliers.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JobLeap, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
