About the job
Focus on specialized care as a Wound Care/Treatment Nurse (LPN) in a long-term care facility, supporting residents with individualized skin care plans and working closely with the nursing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage wound care activities
- Identify, plan, and implement resident skin care
- Monitor and treat skin disorders
- Perform assessments and guide care planning
- Mentor new nurses and ensure compliance

Qualifications
- Active LPN license
