Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations and resident care
• Supervise and develop nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
• Maintain care standards and participate in quality assurance
• Communicate physician orders and ensure implementation
• Delegate nursing procedures to staff appropriately
• Conduct regular resident assessments and rounds
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation
• Serve as a liaison for residents, families, and staff

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience
• At least 1 year supervisory experience
• Experience in long-term/skilled nursing preferred
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
