Lead nursing operations as an RN Unit Manager in a long-term care and rehabilitation facility dedicated to high-quality, person-centered care. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily unit operations, quality, and safety
  • Supervise and develop nursing staff for performance and growth

  • Delegate nursing and therapeutic procedures

Qualifications
  • Current RN license
