About the job
Make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with autism and disabilities as a Behavior Therapist in a private special education program. Collaborate with a diverse clinical team to implement individualized behavioral and educational programs for students who require outplaced support.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement behavioral and educational programs for students under guidance from Board-Certified Behavior Analysts and Special Education Teachers
- Collaborate with school psychologists, speech/language pathologists, and occupational/physical therapists
- Support children with social, behavioral, and academic challenges
- Maintain communication with team members and contribute to a positive school culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field preferred
- 2–3 years’ experience supporting children with disabilities desired
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
