About the Role

Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and communicate with leadership
- Uphold security and confidentiality of documents and data
- Process customer purchases and perform general cleaning duties
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
- Provide feedback to management on products and inventory
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor for accuracy
- Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses
- Rotate and organize inventory, ensuring fresh products
- Operate machinery and follow all safety procedures
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk
- Stock merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds at various heights
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Ability to perform cleaning duties to company standards
- Excellent verbal communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
- Morning availability required for Stockers
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience preferred
