As an RN Shift Supervisor working every other weekend in Mobile, AL, you will lead the nursing department during your shift. This position requires strong clinical and leadership skills to deliver the highest quality of care in a long-term care facility.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating nursing services with other departments
  • Oversee resident care and compliance rounds, making documentation as necessary

Qualifications
