Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care to residents
• Monitor and assess residents’ health status, documenting changes accurately
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans
• Educate residents and families about care plans and health conditions
• Supervise and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and direct care staff
• Maintain accurate and compliant electronic medical records (EMR)

Qualifications

• Active RN license (state-specific)
• New graduates encouraged to apply
• Experience in geriatric, long-term care, or rehab preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• BLS/CPR certification required
