About the job

Become part of a trusted, compassionate team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a long-term care and rehabilitation facility. Serve as a key care provider and advocate in helping residents achieve better quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient-centered nursing care and assessments
  • Administer medications and treatments based on physician orders
  • Monitor, document, and report changes in resident conditions
  • Collaborate on individualized care plans with care teams
  • Educate residents and families about health and care plans
  • Maintain accurate, compliant nursing documentation (EMR)
  • Supervise and support nursing assistants and care staff
Qualifications
  • Active RN license
  • Experience in geriatric, long-term, or rehab nursing preferred
  • New grads welcome
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Compassionate and resident-focused approach
  • BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS a plus)
