As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will support residents’ comprehensive health needs while supervising support staff and ensuring safe, effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide resident-centered nursing care in a long-term care setting
  • Monitor and document residents’ conditions and update care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments according to orders
  • Collaborate within an interdisciplinary clinical team
  • Educate residents and families on care and health management
  • Support and supervise CNAs and care staff
  • Maintain compliance in medical documentation and safety protocols
Qualifications
  • Active RN license; new graduates welcome
  • Experience in geriatric/long-term care preferred
  • Clinical and documentation skills
  • BLS/CPR required (ACLS a plus)
