Key Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care as a vital member of the team
- Monitor residents’ conditions, perform assessments, and document changes
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans
- Educate residents and families regarding health and care plans
- Maintain compliant documentation using EMR systems
- Ensure a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants and direct care staff
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state
- New graduates encouraged to apply
- Experience in geriatric care, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred
- Knowledge of clinical protocols and regulations
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS a plus)
