Take on a vital Registered Nurse (RN) position, working full-time night shifts with a unique 7-on, 7-off schedule. This role involves delivering direct patient care, monitoring health status, and supporting a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellence in resident care.
Key Responsibilities
- Take patient vitals and complete direct care tasks
- Administer medications and coordinate physician-ordered care
- Monitor and report changes in patient status
- Mentor and collaborate with CNAs and NAs
- Record and document patient information accurately
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Alabama
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Experience with electronic medical records
