About the job

Provide dedicated nursing care as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a long-term care and rehabilitation facility. Contribute to a compassionate, team-oriented environment focused on resident independence and wellness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct patient-centered care
  • Assess and monitor residents' conditions
  • Administer medications and follow care protocols
  • Work with interdisciplinary teams to create care plans
  • Educate and support residents and families
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Supervise and guide CNAs and other staff
Qualifications
  • Active RN license required
  • New graduates welcome
  • Preferred: Geriatric or rehabilitation experience
  • CPR/BLS certification (ACLS optional)
