Join a trusted leader in long-term care and rehabilitation as a Registered Nurse (RN) committed to providing compassionate, high-quality healthcare in Prattville, Alabama. This role focuses on helping residents regain independence and improve quality of life in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care as a core team member
- Monitor residents’ conditions, perform assessments, and maintain accurate documentation
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans
- Educate residents and families about health conditions and care plans
- Maintain up-to-date documentation in electronic medical records
- Ensure a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for all residents
- Supervise and support CNAs and other direct care staff
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license for Alabama
- New graduates welcome
- Experience in geriatric care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is preferred
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
- BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS is a plus
