Join a trusted leader in long-term care and rehabilitation as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Wetumpka, AL. In this role, you'll provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care and ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met within a patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Monitor and assess residents’ health, documenting changes
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other staff to implement care plans
• Educate residents and families about health and care processes
• Maintain compliant medical records
• Supervise and mentor CNAs and direct care staff

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Alabama (new grads welcome)
• Preferred experience in geriatric, long-term, or rehabilitation nursing
• Solid knowledge of clinical protocols and state/federal regulations
• BLS/CPR required (ACLS a plus)
