Serve as the Registered Nurse House Supervisor, overseeing clinical operations and quality assurance during night shifts. This leadership position is essential for maintaining high care standards and effective department coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise subordinate nurses and manage care standards
- Coordinate quality assurance, infection control, and utilization review activities
- Transmit physicians’ orders and ensure proper delegation of tasks

Qualifications
- RN license in Alabama
- At least three years’ nursing experience, one year in supervision
