Take the lead as an RN Shift Supervisor, overseeing the operations of the Nursing Services Department for a given shift and ensuring the highest standards of resident care and staff performance in a long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise nursing services during assigned shifts
• Conduct compliance rounds and address quality issues
• Review and prepare documentation, reports, and medical forms
• Manage admissions and ensure proper orientation for new residents
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants, LPNs, and other staff
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility standards
• Assist in staff scheduling and performance evaluations

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensure in Florida
• Minimum 3 years of nurse management/supervision experience
• Healthcare experience in long-term care or hospital settings
• Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills
• Computer literacy
