Join Athens Health and Rehabilitation as a Registered Nurse (RN) working night shifts. This role focuses on high-quality care in a long-term and rehabilitation-centered environment, allowing meaningful relationships with residents and a collaborative team atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-focused nursing care during night hours
- Assess and document residents’ conditions and changes
- Administer medications and treatments
- Collaborate with on-call providers and care staff
- Educate residents and families about care plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Supervise CNAs and direct care staff
Qualifications
- Active RN license for Alabama (new grads welcomed)
- Experience in geriatric or rehabilitation nursing is a plus
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- BLS/CPR required
