About the Role

Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping, and ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience. Support store operations by unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and maintaining store recovery standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions
• Execute cash handling and checkout procedures
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Maintain merchandise recovery and store standards
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Remain standing for long periods
• Move throughout the store, bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch
• Lift heavy boxes and access high shelves
• Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings
• Public retail store setting; some stock rooms may not be climate controlled

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older
