Take charge of restorative nursing care as a Restorative Nurse - RN. Oversee daily planning and implementation of restorative programs to ensure residents achieve their highest practicable well-being within a long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with nursing leaders on restorative care
  • Participate in care planning and MDS/RAI process
  • Liaise between therapy, nursing, residents, and family
  • Evaluate resident care and identify need for referrals
