Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient-centered nursing care in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting
  • Assess, monitor, and document health conditions and progress of residents
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Educate and support residents and their families regarding care plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations
  • Foster a safe, therapeutic environment
  • Supervise and mentor nursing assistants
Qualifications
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric/rehab care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Compassionate, patient-focused care
  • Current BLS/CPR certification required
