Provide compassionate overnight nursing care as a Registered Nurse (RN) on the night shift in a long-term care and rehabilitation environment. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met with dignity and individualized attention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient-centered care and support for ADLs
  • Monitor and document residents' condition, administer medications
  • Collaborate in care planning and rehabilitation
  • Educate and support residents and families
  • Maintain documentation to state and facility standards
  • Supervise and mentor nursing assistants
Qualifications
  • Current RN license
  • Clinical experience in geriatrics and rehabilitation preferred
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • BLS/CPR certification required
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach
