About the job

As a Registered Nurse (RN) within a long-term care and rehabilitation center, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality care, supporting residents’ recovery, and working with a skilled multidisciplinary team. Help residents reach their fullest potential in a professional, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient-centered nursing care
  • Assess and monitor residents’ health
  • Administer medications and treatments as required

  • Maintain precise and compliant documentation

Qualifications
  • Active RN license
  • Experience in rehabilitation/geriatric care preferred

  • BLS/CPR required, ACLS a plus
