About the job

Oak Knoll Health and Rehabilitation seeks dedicated Registered Nurses for the evening shift to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on nursing care in long-term care and rehabilitation
  • Assess, monitor, and document health conditions of residents
  • Administer medications and treatments per facility protocols
  • Work closely with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapists
  • Educate and support residents and families
  • Maintain thorough documentation in line with regulations
  • Foster a safe, therapeutic environment
  • Supervise and support nursing assistants
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • BLS/CPR certification required
  • Knowledge of geriatric/rehab care
  • Effective communication skills
  • Compassionate approach
  • Long-term care experience preferred
