Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-quality patient care to residents in evenings.
  2. Assess, monitor, and record residents' health and condition changes.
  3. Administer medications and treatments as per protocols.
  4. Develop and implement individualized care plans with healthcare professionals.
  5. Educate and support residents and their families.
  6. Maintain accurate documentation complying with regulations.
  7. Supervise nursing assistants and ensure a safe, positive environment.
Qualifications
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Experience in geriatric and rehab care preferred
  • Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • BLS/CPR certification required
