Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver nursing care in a long-term and rehabilitation setting
  • Monitor patients’ conditions and progress
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams
  • Educate and support residents and families
  • Supervise and guide nursing assistants
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with regulations
  • Foster a safe and therapeutic environment
Qualifications
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Clinical experience in geriatric care preferred
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Compassionate, patient-focused
  • BLS/CPR certification required
