This role is focused on delivering patient-centered nursing care, collaborating with professionals, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver nursing care in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting
  • Assess, monitor, and document resident health and progress
  • Administer medications and treatments in compliance with protocols
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare professionals to implement care plans
  • Educate and support residents and their families
  • Supervise and support nursing assistants
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations
  • Foster a therapeutic environment for residents
Qualifications
  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Strong clinical skills in geriatric and rehabilitation care
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Patient-centered, compassionate approach
  • Current BLS/CPR certification required
  • Experience in long-term care preferred
