Be part of an experienced, compassionate team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in long-term care and rehabilitation at Florala Health and Rehabilitation. Help residents regain independence and improve life quality in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient-centered nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • Monitor residents, perform assessments, and document changes
  • Administer medications and treatments as directed
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Educate residents and families about care plans and health
  • Maintain detailed, compliant electronic medical records
  • Foster a safe, therapeutic environment
  • Supervise and support CNAs and direct care staff
Qualifications
  • Active RN license
  • New graduates encouraged to apply
  • Experience in geriatric or rehab care preferred
  • Understanding of clinical protocols and regulations
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • BLS/CPR required (ACLS a plus)
