Join a dedicated team in long-term care and rehabilitation, committed to helping residents regain independence in a supportive environment. Registered Nurses (RNs) play an essential role in delivering patient-centered care and collaborating with healthcare professionals to fulfill residents’ needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care as a key RN team member
- Monitor residents, perform assessments, and keep accurate records
- Administer medications following physician orders
- Collaborate to develop individualized care plans
- Educate residents and families about health and care plans
- Supervise and support nursing assistants and staff
- Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment
Qualifications
- Active RN license
- New graduates welcomed
- Experience in geriatrics or rehabilitation preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and team skills
- BLS/CPR required (ACLS a plus)
