About the job
As a Registered Nurse (RN), contribute to patient-centered care in a long-term and rehabilitation setting. You will provide nursing services, supervise staff, and support care plans to promote resident recovery and quality of life.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Monitor, assess, and document residents’ conditions
- Administer medications and treatments
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other care staff
- Educate residents and families
- Maintain EMR documentation
- Supervise CNAs and other direct care staff
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Experience in geriatric, long-term, or rehabilitation care preferred
- Knowledge of clinical protocols/regulations
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
- Compassion and commitment to patient-first care
- BLS/CPR certification required
