Role Overview

This position involves delivering hands-on patient care, mentoring nursing assistants, and ensuring residents receive compassionate, high-quality service. Flexible 12-hour shifts (7a–7p or 7p–7a) are available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs
  • Perform basic patient care such as bandaging and catheter insertion
  • Observe and communicate changes in patient health
  • Prepare and support patients for medical procedures
  • Administer prescribed medications and immunizations
  • Mentor and supervise CNAs/NAs
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse license in good standing (Federal and State requirements)
  • Basic nursing skills and proficiency with electronic medical records
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
