Be a vital part of Huntsville Health and Rehabilitation, a leading provider of high-quality, person-centered care. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care in a professional, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient-centered care in a long-term care and rehab setting
  • Monitor and assess residents’ health conditions
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Collaborate with physicians and care staff on individualized care plans
  • Educate residents and families on health and care plans
  • Oversee and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
  • Maintain accurate documentation in electronic records
  • Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment
Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • New graduates welcome
  • Experience in geriatric, long-term, or rehabilitation nursing preferred
  • Proficiency with clinical protocols
  • Strong communication skills
  • BLS/CPR certification required
