Key Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care as part of the RN team
- Assess and monitor resident health conditions, documenting changes
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare professionals on individualized care plans
- Educate and support residents and families regarding care plans
- Maintain compliant documentation in electronic medical records
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state of practice)
- New grads encouraged to apply
- Experience in geriatric/rehabilitation care preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- BLS/CPR certification (ACLS a plus)
