Become an essential member of a supportive long-term care and rehabilitation team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Georgiana, AL. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care for residents, with an emphasis on comfort, safety, and positive recovery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care and assessments
• Monitor residents’ health and document all changes
• Administer medications and treatments in line with physician orders
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate residents and families about health and care plans
• Maintain documentation in electronic medical records
• Supervise and support CNAs and direct care staff

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state
• Open to recent graduates
• Preferred experience in geriatric, long-term care, or rehabilitation nursing
• Knowledge of clinical protocols and regulatory compliance
• Effective communication and documentation skills
• BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS is a plus)
