Key Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care to residents in a long-term and rehabilitation setting
- Assess and monitor residents' health and progress
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Collaborate in care plan development and implementation
- Educate residents and families
- Maintain compliant and timely documentation
- Supervise and mentor nursing assistants
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Clinical experience in geriatric or rehabilitation care is valued
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate approach to care
- Current BLS/CPR certification
