Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and rehabilitation support
- Monitor resident vitals and progress
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate in developing and implementing care plans

- Comply with state and federal documentation standards
- Mentor and supervise assistants
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong clinical skills, preferably in geriatrics or rehab
- Effective communication and teamwork
- Compassionate, patient-focused
- BLS/CPR certification required
