Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and ongoing nutritional assessments
  • Develop and update individualized nutrition care plans
  • Recommend and track nutritional interventions

Qualifications
  • Registered Dietitian (CDR) & active state license(s)

  • Ability to travel, including overnights
