Join a mission-driven outpatient pediatric clinic serving a medically underserved community in Casa Grande, Arizona. This full-time, weekday-only role involves delivering comprehensive pediatric care with a strong focus on integrated wellness support and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full-spectrum outpatient pediatric care: well visits, immunizations, chronic disease management
- Conduct developmental and anticipatory screenings
- Collaborate with behavioral health and care management teams
- Maintain accurate documentation in EHR
- Participate in quality initiatives and community health programs as needed
Qualifications
- MD or DO, completed pediatric residency
- Board-certified/eligible in Pediatrics
- Arizona medical license or eligibility
- Commitment to equitable, community-based care
- Demonstrated teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
