This position in a skilled nursing facility involves providing physical therapy services primarily for long-term care and post-acute rehab patients. The Physical Therapist Assistant will help implement treatment plans and collaborate across a dynamic, resident-focused team. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out physical therapy plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Work with patients in post-acute, long-term care, and outpatient settings
• Support patient mobility, recovery, and overall quality of life
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy staff
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program
• Current state licensure
• Open to candidates with all levels of PTA experience
