Support the healthcare team by collecting and processing blood and other biological specimens as a Phlebotomist in Miami, FL. Key Responsibilities

• Collect blood, urine, and stool specimens for laboratory analysis
• Perform blood draws with skill and compassion
• Conduct routine tests including urinalysis and occult blood
• Label, document, and transport specimens per protocols
• Ensure specimen integrity and compliance with safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Communicate effectively with patients to ease procedural anxiety

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of clinical or laboratory experience
• Valid Phlebotomy certificate
• Medical Assistant certificate
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
• CPR or BLS certification
