Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and current student documentation and clinical site requirements
• Communicate effectively with faculty, students, and clinical sites for placement and support
• Generate reports and maintain data integrity within platforms like Exxat and Salesforce
• Foster positive relationships with clinical partners to ensure placement opportunities
• Uphold department policies and collaborate with multiple university functions

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; undergraduate degree in healthcare or business preferred
• 1–2 years administrative or customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or education
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce
• Valid driver’s license required

Other Details

• Hybrid work schedule with at least three days on campus
• May require up to 10% travel within the United States
• Work is performed in a standard office environment
