Key Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care as a core RN team member
- Monitor residents’ conditions and document assessments

- Supervise and support CNAs and direct care staff
Qualifications
- Active RN license; new grads encouraged
- Long-term care, rehab, or geriatric experience preferred
- BLS/CPR required (ACLS a plus)
- Teamwork and strong communication skills
