About the job

Be part of a dedicated healthcare team at Crossville Health and Rehabilitation as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), providing high-quality care in a long-term and rehabilitation environment. This role offers direct patient care in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
  • Monitor and document patient status and vital signs
  • Assist with ADLs (bathing, feeding, dressing)
  • Support recovery and rehab goals with other team members
  • Maintain care documentation in line with regulations
  • Educate and support residents and families
  • Uphold infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
  • Valid LPN license
  • Clinical skills in medication administration, wound care
  • Team-driven, excellent communicator
  • BLS/CPR certification required
