About the job
Work on the night shift as a Registered Nurse in a supportive long-term care and rehabilitation facility. You'll build deeper resident relationships while delivering high-quality care overnight, ensuring patient-centered outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care during overnight hours
- Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions
- Administer medications per physician order
- Collaborate with on-call staff, therapists, and care team
- Educate residents and their families
- Maintain compliant electronic documentation
- Supervise and support direct care staff
- Foster a safe and therapeutic nighttime environment
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- New graduates encouraged to apply
- Experience in geriatrics, long-term or rehabilitation care preferred
- Strong understanding of clinical protocols
- Excellent communication and documentation skills

- BLS/CPR required
