Become an LPN Nurse/Medical Records LPN and impact patient care and record management in a leading long-term care facility. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to high-quality resident services.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and close medical records for all admissions and discharges
- Enter resident data accurately into computer systems
- Review charts and ensure all required documents and signatures are present
- Perform monthly record audits
- Collaborate with the nursing and medical staff for complete documentation
- Support clinical and administrative processes as needed
Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse credential required
- Knowledge of medical terminology and health records management
- Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
- Patient and positive attitude toward elderly and disabled
