Join a compassionate healthcare team providing long-term care and rehabilitation services. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll deliver direct clinical care, assist with resident rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor and document residents’ health status, reporting changes
  • Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs)
  • Support rehabilitation goals, including therapy plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation, follow facility policies and regulations
  • Provide education and support for residents and families
  • Promote a safe and clean environment
Qualifications
  • Current LPN license required
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in wound care
  • Communication and teamwork ability
  • BLS/CPR certification
