Become an integral part of a caring healthcare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Hoover, AL. This role involves working with residents in a supportive environment focused on delivering optimal patient care and fostering staff growth both professionally and personally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine patient care, including taking vitals and administering medications
  • Provide basic patient care tasks such as wound care and catheter insertion
  • Observe residents for changes in health or behavior, report to supervisors as necessary
  • Prepare patients for procedures, address their concerns, and communicate physician instructions
  • Mentor CNA's or NA's to ensure optimal patient care
Qualifications
  • Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing with relevant state licensure
  • Basic nursing competency and experience with electronic medical records
  • Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
