Become part of a caring team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Hoover, AL, where every day offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to resident care and well-being. Key Duties
- Take vital signs and monitor patient health
- Assist with patient care, such as bandage changes and catheter insertions
- Observe and report health, mood, and behavior changes
- Prepare residents for treatments, explain procedures
- Administer prescribed medications and immunizations
- Mentor CNAs/NAs for optimal patient care
Qualifications
- Active LPN license (Federal and State compliant)
- Nursing competency skills
- Familiarity with electronic medical records
- Graduate of accredited practical nursing program
