Join a dedicated nursing team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing evening or night shift care in a long-term and rehabilitation facility prioritizing a home-like, compassionate environment. Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments

- Support ADLs as needed
- Aid rehabilitation goals

Qualifications
- Valid LPN license
- Medication and wound care skills
- Teamwork and communication strengths
- Compassionate, patient-focused
- BLS/CPR certification required
