About the job
Athens Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their long-term care and rehabilitation team. You'll provide direct nursing care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and help establish a home-like, supportive environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Monitor residents’ health status and document accordingly
- Assist with daily living activities as needed
- Collaborate with rehabilitation and care team

Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse credential (Alabama)
- Strong clinical and communication skills

- BLS/CPR certification required
